In all of our lives a little rain must fall…….we sin, we sin against others and the very people we love the most often sin against us. You may feel that what happened to you was out of your control and it probably was because GOD being the Sovereign LORD that HE is, will and always will be completely and forever in control.
MY HOPE FOR YOU TODAY GOES LIKE THIS:
May you bring those things no one ever apologized to you for…….. to JESUS.
May you bring those moments you humbly endured and no one ever saw…….. to JESUS.
May you bring being overlooked and marginalized…….. to JESUS.
May you bring those fears you have always had……. to JESUS.
May you bring the words that should have been said to you, but never were……… to JESUS.
May you bring all those situations that were never made right……. to JESUS.
May you today bring your grief and pain whether spiritual or physical…….. to JESUS.
All this and more I hope for you! You see we all carry around some kind of pain or wound that has not healed as of yet. We have a GOD of all hope. And hope is what we need right now…….
MICAH 4: 6 “THE LORD SAID: AT THAT TIME I WILL GATHER MY PEOPLE – THE LAME AND THE OUTCASTS, AND ALL OTHERS INTO WHOSE LIVES I HAVE BROUGHT SORROW.”
The LORD brings us through all seasons of pain and sorrow and then brings us to all HOPE. Hope in GOD alone!
HEBREWS 6: 19 “WE HAVE THIS AS A SURE AND STEADFAST ANCHOR OF THE SOUL, A HOPE THAT ENTERS INTO THE INNER PLACE BEHIND THE CURTAIN, WHERE JESUS HAS GONE AS A FORERUNNER ON OUR BEHALF…….”
Bring everything to HIM, who has gone before you, who has experienced all you have and knows even more…….the wonder of HOPE! JESUS is our anchor, steady and secure and trustworthy, so go to HIM today and lay it all down. HE wants your soul to embrace hope, hope for a future with HIM. Our hope is a living hope, because HE lives! Our hope is active and eternal. Biblical hope lives right in the middle of our current struggles. And because JESUS gives us this blessed hope, we have endurance and perseverance to continue to walk forward, knowing that HE has us securely in HIS hands. Don’t lose your hope today, no matter how difficult or how discouraging your life may be…….you have JESUS, your living and guiding HOPE!
ROMANS 8: 24 “FOR IN THIS HOPE WE WERE SAVED. NOW HOPE THAT IS SEEN IS NOT HOPE. FOR WHO HOPES FOR WHAT HE SEES?”
