When was the last time you looked at the beauty right in front of you?  When was the last time you caught someone doing something……..right?  Oh our world around us is good at showing us all that is wrong with it, just listen to the news or politicians. 

END THIS YEAR ON A POSITIVE NOTE AND BEGIN THE NEW YEAR WITH HOPE

You see, we all have had troubles this past year and we will have many in the New Year.  Some people experience more troubles than others.  There has been death and sickness and much heartache.  But here we are and if you are alive and upright, then I say you can find much to be thankful for and then look for all that is right in your world.

1 THESSALONIANS 5:  18   “BE THANKFUL IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR THIS IS GOD’S WILL FOR YOU WHO BELONG TO CHRIST JESUS.”

GOD knows we tend to focus on the negative, but being thankful ushers HIM into any circumstance.  I’ll admit in myself that lately I haven’t been very thankful.  When something is overwhelming your heart, you try to carry on and carry your one broken heart.  But when I am thankful, joy is ushered in and a joyful heart is all that is right in this busted up world.  Joy spreads and HIS joy is our joy.  So be joyful this season!  Be thankful because you belong to JESUS!

YOU ARE LOVED CHRISTIAN!  So find a way to spread that love and joy anywhere you go.  GOD is near and GOD has come……for you and for me and for all the lost.  Tell those around you that they are loved.  Listen well to them and love them well too.

ISAIAH 12:  2   “SURELY GOD IS MY SALVATION; I WILL TRUST AND NOT BE AFRAID.  THE LORD, THE LORD HIMSELF, IS MY STRENGTH AND MY DEFENSE; HE HAS BECOME MY SALVATION.”

If we have GOD, then we have all we need!  HE is what is right in our world, HE is always the GOOD NEWS!  HE is our salvation and since the beginning of time, HE is all that is right, good, pure and holy in our world…….amplify that!!

Live for HIM, live for the ONE who died for you and then tell everyone who will listen all about it.  Because if you live for yourself, you lose your life.  Live for JESUS and gain all that is good and right and eternal.

MATTHEW 7:  13 – 14   “ENTER THROUGH THE NARROW GATE.  FOR THE GATE IS WIDE AND THE ROAD BROAD THAT LEADS TO DESTRUCTION, AND THERE ARE MANY WHO GO THROUGH IT.  HOW NARROW IS THE GATE AND DIFFICULT THE ROAD THAT LEADS TO LIFE, AND FEW FIND IT.”

Few find it…….DID YOU FIND JESUS THIS CHRISTMAS?  Because HE came to save the world and for you and for me.  And HE will continue to come for lost souls in the New Year too!

EZEKIAL 38:  23   “I WILL MAGNIFY AND SANCTIFY MYSELF, AND I WILL REVEAL MYSELF IN THE SIGHT OF MANY NATIONS.  THEN THEY WILL KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD.”

Amplify and magnify the LORD JESUS, our SAVIOR now and in the coming year.  HE is all that is right around us.  HE is our forever light and our salvation.  May all who visit here and read these words be blessed by HIM, because HE is our KING of SALVATION!

ISAIAH 41:  10  “SO DO NOT FEAR, FOR I AM WITH YOU; DO NOT BE DISMAYED, FOR I AM YOUR GOD.  I WILL STRENGTHEN YOU AND HELP YOU; I WILL UPHOLD YOU WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND.”
