It is RESURRECTION Sunday and if you are a repeat here or brand new to this site…….HAPPY EASTER!

Our hearts get broken sometimes in this world, but they are never as broken as CHRIST’S heart was for all HE saw around HIM.   And so to fulfill prophecy and to obey HIS FATHER, CHRIST’S only focus was the Cross.  It’s why HE came for us……..for you and me. 

Today remember HIS sacrifice and HIS compassion for us, because CHRIST died while we were still sinners.  HE payed the penalty for us like no one else on earth could.  HE was the sacrificial lamb of GOD.

It is a good thing to ponder and rethink this weekend.  Because without CHRIST and without the CROSS there is no eternal!

THE CROSS IS OUR ETERNAL WITNESS

Today on this Resurrection Sunday, our hearts should rejoice!  The tomb is empty!  So consider the CROSS and it’s meaning in your life and what the empty tomb is evidence of.   Draw near to your LORD JESUS, especially if you have drifted.  Ask HIM to rekindle the fire within so you will keep HIM close.  Don’t lose sight of the CROSS……worship and sing joyous songs today………because HE HAS RISEN!

LUKE 24: 34  “AND THEY FOUND THE ELEVEN AND THOSE WHO WERE WITH THEM GATHERED TOGETHER, SAYING “THE LORD HAS RISEN INDEED…….”

And then because HE HAS RISEN and you have eternal life with HIM because of salvation, go!  Go into the dark world of ours and be HIS light.  A light for all of eternity!

May your Easter today be filled with joy and HIS love for you! 

MATTHEW 28: 6  “HE IS NOT HERE; HE HAS RISEN, JUST AS HE SAID.  COME AND SEE THE PLACE WHERE HE LAY.”
