Thank you to all who visit here! Knowing you are seeking the LORD warms my heart as we all walk together on this faith journey. Recently I posted a podcast just to see how it would be viewed. Just know that it is a review of several posts that is put together in case someone doesn’t have the time to read several. It’s not my thing, but maybe someone else might like it. Anyway, just so you know I will only do them very few and far between……otherwise what is the point of writing and putting words to a page?! I have faith in where and how GOD is leading me on Heavensreef and I hope you will always be encouraged in the LORD here too. So speaking of faith…….

FAITH IS…….

LIVING IN THE LIGHT OF WHAT GOD SAYS IN HIS WORD

RESTING IN ALL HE HAS DONE FOR YOU

TRUSTING IN EACH DAY OF HIS PLAN

KNOWING GOD HAS A FUTURE FOR YOU

BELIEVING IN WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE

EMBRACING THE GOOD WITH THE HARD

By Faith…….Abraham! By faith……Enoch! By faith…….Moses! By faith…….Noah! By faith…….Sarah! By faith………(fill in your name now.) Fill in the blank today with your name as you walk in faith. I want to be listed too in that Hall of Fame. That GOD sees me holding on to HIM with all I got, every single day. Faith is a complete gift from our GOD. We don’t muster up some faith on our own. Faith really doesn’t come natural to us, it is a gift of grace from our wonderful GOD.

ZEPHANIAH 3:17 “THE LORD YOUR GOD IS WITH YOU, THE MIGHTY WARRIOR WHO SAVES. HE WILL TAKE GREAT DELIGHT IN YOU; IN HIS LOVE HE WILL NO LONGER REBUKE YOU, BUT WILL REJOICE OVER YOU WITH SINGING.”

We know where our faith is on those good days. You know the ones, where everything goes just right, where your words, actions and thoughts are Christlike. But what about on those bad days, the ones where you snap at anything that moves because somehow you woke up on the wrong side of the bed? We all have days where we look in the mirror and wonder what GOD is doing with us and in us. When we have no idea and have no answers, faith is needed more than ever. And thank GOD all that HE does, working the faith in us when HE touches our hearts!

MARK 9: 24 “I DO BELIEVE; HELP ME OVERCOME MY UNBELIEF!”

There are days where we doubt and yet those are the days where we find out just where our faith is. But remember, we all are on our own individual paths of salvation and we attempt each and every day to “work out our own salvation” with fear and trembling.

PHILIPPIANS 2: 12 “WORK HARD TO SHOW THE RESULTS OF YOUR SALVATION, OBEYING GOD WITH DEEP REVERENCE AND FEAR.” NLT

May our days be measured in faith steps. Some are secure, some shaky and some even unknown. When we keep our eyes on the LORD, HE is our ROCK and our sure foundation and HE fortifies our faith when we need it most……so let’s trust in that alone. Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen. {Hebrews 11: 1}

HEBREWS 12: 1-2 “THEREFORE, SINCE WE ARE SURROUNDED BY SO GREAT A CLOUD OF WITNESSES, LET US ALSO LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT, AND SIN WHICH CLINGS SO CLOSELY, AND LET US RUN WITH ENDURANCE THE RACE THAT IS SET BEFORE US, LOOKING TO JESUS, THE FOUNDER AND PERFECTOR OF OUR FAITH……”
