So what is truth?  And I don’t mean what is your truth?  No the world pushes that lie.  That question was even asked long ago and we still ask it today…..

JOHN 18:  38  “PILATE SAID TO HIM, “WHAT IS TRUTH?”  AFTER HE HAD SAID THIS, HE WENT BACK OUTSIDE TO THE JEWS AND TOLD THEM, “I FIND NO GUILT IN HIM.”

Just goes to show how blind Pilate was when he asked the question of truth when the real truth was standing right in front of him!

Everyday we have a choice to place ourselves where the truth is.  What I mean by this is that you can get yourself into and absorb the truth in your Bible or you can let it collect dust on a shelf.  

ANCHOR YOURSELF IN THE TRUTH BECAUSE IT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Believe it and embrace it with all your might when everything and everyone around you fails.  What else do we have?  The world’s truth is a series of lies from the enemy who is fighting for our souls.  

JOHN 16: 13   “HOWEVER WHEN THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH COMES, HE WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH.”

Read the truth every single day, then go where other people like you are seeking truth for their heart and souls.  Go to Church!  Find one, seek one and take a step out in faith.  GOD wants you there, plain and simple because there is where you hear HIS truth.

HEBREWS 10: 25   “AND LET US NOT NEGLECT OUR MEETING TOGETHER, AS SOME PEOPLE DO, BUT ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER, ESPECIALLY NOW THAT THE DAY OF HIS RETURN IS DRAWING NEAR.”

Don’t give up meeting……..find a group either through Church or start one.  We need one another and we need to speak truth to one another and hold each other accountable.  But most of all we need one another to help us walk this tough road with all it’s valleys and mountains.  I don’t know what I would do without a few dear dear friends of mine that speak the truth into my life when I need it so.  They are examples of what it is to live as a Godly wife and mother and friend.  They reflect the truth to me in many ways besides speaking it to me as well.

PROVERBS 12: 26   “THE GODLY GIVE GOOD ADVICE TO THEIR FRIENDS; THE WICKED LEAD THEM ASTRAY.”

Go……..seek………find……….the TRUTH.  When the world fails us, and it will, we can be confident that all of GOD’S truth never fails us and always points us in the right direction……..towards our eternal home!

ISAIAH 30: 21   “WHETHER YOU TURN TO THE RIGHT OR TO THE LEFT, YOUR EARS WILL HEAR A VOICE BEHIND YOU SAYING:  “THIS IS THE WAY; WALK IN IT.”
