Sometimes we feel like we are up to our necks in an ocean of fear.  Fear of the coming uncertain times, fear of tomorrow, fear of the unknown and fear of even specific things.

We have to remind ourselves and preach to ourselves daily the word of GOD.  Yes, over and over this past week I have had to remind myself that GOD is still on the throne.  Then I went to Church and heard an amazing message to remember that JESUS WILL RETURN!

So are we living each day like JESUS WILL RETURN?  Are we living as a people on mission for JESUS and yet expecting HIM to return at any moment?  We have to remind each other of that!  Isn’t that a joyous thought?

ROMANS 14: 11  “FOR IT IS WRITTEN, “AS I LIVE, SAYS THE LORD, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL CONFESS TO GOD.”

When HE returns, we who are waiting for HIM, will instantly know as the rest of the world will be thrown into chaos.  But GOD!  We will know it’s HIM and oh how incredibly joyous that will be!  JESUS is not dead folks, HE is currently sitting on HIS throne!  Remind yourself of this today……remind your friends……remind your family…….remind your neighbor too. 

JESUS ALWAYS IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE OUR AMAZING HOPE!

Find right now a trusted friend, someone who believes as you do and remind each other of GOD’S pure love and of HIS SON who died on the CROSS for us……..and who is coming back for us!

Don’t let the world define you…….ever.  Live as the salt and light that JESUS was and still is today.  We know we are secure in HIS arms, but share that GOSPEL with the lost around you. We are salt in this world, we will battle uphill battles, so, please remember this:

2 CORINTHIANS 4: 7-9  “BUT WE HAVE THIS TREASURE IN JARS OF CLAY, TO SHOW THAT THE SURPASSING POWER BELONGS TO GOD AND NOT TO US.  WE ARE AFFLICTED IN EVERY WAY, BUT NOT CRUSHED; PERPLEXED, BUT NOT DRIVEN TO DESPAIR; PERSECUTED, BUT NOT FORSAKEN; STRUCK DOWN, BUT NOT DESTROYED…….”

Did you catch that?  GOD’S power surpasses anything!  We may have fear, we may feel afflicted, we may feel perplexed, we may feel persecuted…..but GOD IS ON THE THRONE of HEAVEN RIGHT NOW!

REMIND YOURSELF THAT JESUS IS WORTHY OF ALL OUR PRAISE AND GLORY!

PSALM 107: 1-2 “OH GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD, FOR HE IS GOOD, FOR HIS STEADFAST LOVE ENDURES FOREVER!  LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO, WHOM HE HAS REDEEMED FROM TROUBLE.”

Let’s remind ourselves we are HIS redeemed!  HE hasn’t left us!  HE is still working!  JESUS is still upon the Heavenly Throne!

So, please, please friends, remind yourself of this!  Preach it to yourself over and over.  Remind yourself and everyone around you.  Shout it to the rooftops!  JESUS WILL RETURN FOR HIS CHURCH ONE DAY!  HIS favor is upon us today and everyday. Be filled with HIS JOY today!

GOD IN HIS WISDOM WHO HAS CHOSEN US, WON’T FORGET US, NO MATTER HOW BLEAK THINGS APPEAR.  REJOICE TODAY……AND REMIND YOURSELF!

MALACHI 3: 7 “NOW RETURN TO ME, AND I WILL RETURN TO YOU,” SAYS THE LORD OF HEAVEN’S ARMIES.”
