Heaven help us if we look to others and things to give us self-worth. But we do! People live for the limelight or the follows, but the sad thing is, none of it lasts forever. Our self-worth is not found in what others think of us or what social media says. No, our self-worth is found in the ONE who paid a price for us and this self-worth is beyond this world.
FIND YOUR SELF-WORTH IN THE KING TODAY
And you can trust this worth because you are HIS heir…….
ROMANS 8: 17 “AND IF CHILDREN, THEN HEIRS; HEIRS OF GOD, AND JOINT-HEIRS WITH CHRIST.”
Being an heir of CHRIST should give us all the joy and self-worth we need. JESUS does treasure us! With all of our faults and issues, HE loves us to the moon and back and to eternity. And why? Because HE died on the CROSS for us, HE did it because we were worth it.
1 CORINTHIANS 6:20 “FOR YOU HAVE BEEN BOUGHT FOR A PRICE; THEREFORE GLORIFY GOD IN YOUR BODY.”
Don’t compare yourself to others. Look for your worth in HIS words to you in the scriptures. Look for HIS promises to you. And trust them! Because HIS promises never fail like the world’s do. No they are solid as the ROCK on which you can stand, immovable and sovereign.
So today, things might not be going well, you may be going through a tough season, but GOD has never left you nor does HE forsake you. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had no idea what the outcome would be, GOD spoke to me in that still small voice to let me know that I might lose my health, but I still had HIM. HE was not going anywhere and HE had me in the palm of HIS mighty hand. HIS love was something I would never lose!
ROMANS 8: 18 “FOR I CONSIDER THAT THE SUFFERINGS OF THIS PRESENT TIME ARE NOT WORTH COMPARING WITH THE GLORY THAT IS GOING TO BE REVEALED TO US.”
Nothing compares……..nothing. And the LORD says we are worth all HIS glory that will one day be revealed. The GOD of the universe will one day reveal all to us……..because HE loves us and because we are HIS children, HIS heirs and we my friends are worth it!
WE ARE WORTHY AND TREASURED
Today we may not feel worthy, but we are. We are worthy because HE is so very worthy! So look to JESUS, our SAVIOR for your worth today. Grab onto it with all you have and hold it close, treasure it more than anything and know that HE sees you and will never leave you and for that you can know with your heart that you are worthy of HIS calling!
REVELATION 4: 11 “WORTHY ARE YOU, OUR LORD AND GOD, TO RECEIVE GLORY AND HONOR AND POWER, FOR YOU CREATED ALL THINGS AND BY YOUR WILL THEY EXISTED AND WERE CREATED.”

Amen 🙏🏽. A wonderful reminder to look to the Lord for who we are. Nothing else can rightly define our value, worth or identity.

I’ve heard that one measure of maturity is the ability to wait for future rewards. And how do we mature in the faith, but by reading God’s Word and abiding in Him?
My immature, fleshly self looks at others all the time. If someone says something cutting or looks at me askance, I bring myself low. But God teaches us that He looks on the heart, as no mortal can do; and He loves what He sees.

YES, and JESUS died for us because we were worth it in HIS eyes. HE loves us like none other.

You want to hear something funny? Or should i say read – Hahaha… I started watching the sermon from Sunday last night, and the guy that was leading worship is Jack France, – Hahaha – He was also from our church and an original member of Vertical Worship, way before Judson .
Your worship team is so good and it’s getting even better with our old members.

Oh MY!! Small world and I did not know that. Yesterday Joshua was back. I love him. He comes and hugs me and we chat and I always tell him my fav songs they sing. He told me recently he was in Nashville and heard a team with an orchestra play “HOLY FOREVER” and he said he thought of me and how much I would have loved it. He is such a nice guy!!

He really is amazing. My wife used to call him Thor because of his long hair—I think she thought he was cute, though she won’t admit it! 😂🤣 He has an incredible voice and truly seeks after God’s heart. We definitely miss him at Harvest Bible Chapel, but since I no longer go there, it’s their loss and Christ Church gain.
Have a Wonderful and Blessed Sunday.

Your personal testimony about facing breast cancer and finding peace in God’s unchanging love is incredibly inspiring. It reminds me that even in the midst of trials, we can find our worth and strength in Christ. His promises are indeed a rock on which we can stand firm.
Today, I’ll take to heart the call to seek my worth not in worldly measures but in the eternal love and promises of God. Thank you for encouraging us to hold tightly to this truth and for reminding us of our value as heirs with Christ.
God Bless You my Dear Sister in Christ.
You Are Dearly Loved.

Thank you Willie……..yesterday’s sermon was on how GOD meets us in our suffering and how there is a FOREVER HOPE in the dark. So for Christians, HOPE is never dead, even in the darkest nights of the soul. GOD’S love meets us there, HIS goodness forms us there and HIS compassion sustains us there. What a wonderful and faithful GOD we have! Blessings and today………YOU ARE LOVED!!

I’ve been watching your church online every Sunday, and I’m really enjoying it. The worship is amazing. A couple of weeks ago, the bilingual song in Spanish and English was especially moving and beautiful.
The Pastor’s teachings are always excellent. I’m looking forward to today’s message—it sounds like just what I need to hear as we navigate our struggles and work on maintaining faith and trust that God will guide us through the challenges.
Have a Blessed Sunday and You Are Loved as well.

Oh Willie! I am so glad for you. Yes, my Church is very biblically based with JESUS CHRIST at the head. I love our worship too. Joshua who often leads is amazing. We love him! This series we are in speaks to me right now. And I pray it will for you too! YOU are loved. Did you see where they say that at the end of every service???? Love that too! Blessings today brother in CHRIST!

I watched this past Sundays service about Suffering and questioning God why He is not meeting us in our suffering. The Pastors message was so good and the Worship was wonderful especially when everyone came up and shared a scripture verse as one body together. We used to to that at my old home church, just like we always ended the service with You Are Loved.
Lots of similarities. I wouldn’t be surprised if both Pastors know each other very well. They do lots of similar things .
Thank you again for the introduction.
You Are Loved.

Oh how wonderful! Yes, everyone really loves Adam. HE just so loves GOD’S word! And HE is passionate about it. At some point we will begin a new series where we will be studying the word, line by line. A while ago we were in 1 Corinthians for 52 weeks! It’s funny how even then where we are coincides with what is happening at that time. But that is what is so amazing about HIS word……..so timeless and true. We do that a lot as far as coming up to read scripture. I am on the serving team so I sit way in the back. It’s a great view however. Have been at this Church for 8 years. YOU are loved!!

Oh wow, that’s wonderful that you are in the serving team.
I remember when I first joined try he Small Group I was in, we went through the Gospel of Luke in nearly 5-6 months. We never thought we were going to ever finish 😂😂. That’s when you know that you are deeply submerged on the Word, when you take your time and just take in every Word.
I am truly enjoying Christ Church; Thank you again for introducing me to it.
Have a Blessed Weekend and remember that You Are Loved.

I am so so glad you like my Church. Oh my Willie I have never felt such love as I did the first time I walked through the doors of this Church. And now?! What a wonderful Church family GOD has blessed me with. It’s truly amazing to me! And believe me I have been at a few churches. Just goes to show that when one follows scripture to the letter that the Spirit is present in every corner of the Church. Scripture draws people in who are hungry for the gospel. I love it!!

That is how I felt when I first walked into the doors of my old home church. But then things started changing and not for the good. The members and leaders stopped seeking the lost and started onl giving the time and attention to those who were well in doubt (where the money is). And I started feeling like I didn’t belong. There are times where I really miss it, but I refuse to go back and witness the same thing and leave with disappointment. We’ve been to quite a few churches and many of them are doing the same thing. It’s truly heartbreaking to see and feel. We still have not found a church to call home and we haven’t been consistent because of my wife’s fear of covid. But I really and truly miss being in the church amongst God’s people, in fellowship and worshipping together. I watch every Sunday and during the week on-line, but it is not even close to being in-person.
Hope you are doing well.
God Bless You today and always.
You Are Loved.

YES, I thank GOD every time I drive into the parking lot at Chruch. That I found it – but really I didn’t – GOD guided me there. I left my last Church too because one day things just changed and when I inquired they said oh now we are a SEEKER CHURCH which if you research it, it is NOT BIBLICAL at all. And they were only interested in numbers and scripture came off the walls an no cross. Like they didn’t want to offend anyone. It was hard to leave but I talked with my mentor and she said run as fast as you can! So now I am at CHRIST CHURCH!!!

Unfortunately, that’s happening in lots and lots of Churches and lots of “pastors and leaders” are more focused of themselves than on God and His teachings

I know and it makes me sad but I am so very grateful where I am. I have grown spiritually more in this Church than any other I have attended. Blessings today and always.

Yesterday, I was discussing with my wife how important it is for us to return to church. I understand her fear of being around people, which has only intensified since COVID, but I feel a strong need to be in church, surrounded by God’s people, and to engage in worship with our community. Watching services online is convenient, but it doesn’t compare to the experience of gathering in person.

Yes, I used to find excuses to go to Church. Since I have been at CHRIST CHURCH and plugged myself in, I am so blessed by the love there from the Body of Christ. I try to serve every Saturday, although they just tell you serve when you can. But I am so drawn to it all. GOD gave me a deep desire!! And HE will for you too. Let me know how it goes.

If you find it in your heart, please keep us in Prayers. We are going through some trials and challenges and I don’t want anything to stand in the way of serving Our God, mentally, physically or spiritually. I can fight back as much as I can but I can’t fight for everyone around me who I care deeply for. Going back to Church is also one of those trials.

I get that………my son and I are both believers. My husband born and raised Catholic so deals with all that Catholic guilt. But long ago GOD said to me that HE would take care of him and that it was ok for me to go and worship on my own. When my son lived with us a bit ago we went together and I so loved that! Will pray that GOD will lead you to just the right Church! I know how hard it is to find one. My story is the one I left here was getting into false teaching. Ugh.
